I don’t think anyone is disputing how good or not good the 550 is. They aren’t my cup of tea, but that’s beside the point.
The rub is MTP capitalizing and profiting on the claim they’re made in the USA. Which they clearly aren’t.
That label carries a lot of weight for many, and for some, they’ll go out of their way and pay more for it.

Simple fact is, some people have morals for some it's all about the money. Mike O's right about the Minn deal. Caught red handed and nothing was done about it. Happened a couple times here in Indiana also

As am I. Not that I'm not forced to buy others at times. Don't own any MB 550, and won't from here on out. Have traded much with MTP, probably not so much now. |
