Gappa's problem was he edited everything. There isnt any editing or censorship here. I have chatted with Gappa, met him a year ago. He struck me as a possible liberal. Not positive on that though. Not positive? Les you best get to the Doc asap and get checked out. |

He played football, soccer and ran track in high school. They have kids convinced the worst thing in the world is to punch somebody in the face. I believe there would be a lot less problems if a lot of them had been punched in the face as teenagers. Certainly would have quieted their smart mouths!! |

I would say 90% of the younger guys at work have ever been in a fist fight. Their good at running their mouth but when pushed back down real fast. I always tell they will look pretty stupid getting their ass kicked by this old man. Pussies. When I was growing up everyone had their ass kicked a time or two, builds character.

I coached football for 6 years. It resembled the game that I played 45 years ago but it sure wasn't the same.
They had the boys wearing pink socks for breast cancer. Now the sentiment is commendable but pink socks? Why are we bringing that up around 7-8-9 year old boys anyway.
Can't use your helmet as a weapon? We were taught to. We'd get 5-6 concussions in a game and get back in once the fog cleared if not before.
Water breaks? Not a chance. Puke? Wipe it off with the back of your sleeve and get back in there.
Tackle with your shoulder? I wanted to drive the crown of my forehead through the guys sternum. That's why he has shoulder pads.
Sports are many things but in the case of football it is channeled male aggression, whether you're watching or playing.
It's the alternative to fist fights and school shootings.
