Several years ago, first year available, a good friend bought the Honda side by side.
After a month of trapping the NV desert, it had developed so many problems the dealership had to buy it back.
Cant remember the specific problems, but I remember there was several different issues.

UH.....why not just drive a '70s model Jeep CJ5 ? Same size as this gloryfull side by side fad. I never understood the SxS hard don. They're a JEEP ! Nothing but a Jeep ! Better yet, get an old Willys Jeep. 1/10 the cost to buy and will go places you don't really need to be in the first place !
I guess the millennials and others forgot that EVERYTHING is just re-packaged every 20 yrs. for a new generation....like the re-make of Star Wars etc.
I'm not spending $15k or more on an SxS. I'll drive my Yammy Hammy Kodiak 400 till it quits then I'll quit. Anymore, if it's that muddy, I won't be trapping $10 mud ball IN. yotes anyway.

The suspension and ride in the newer sxs is like sleeping in a feather bed vs. a rock pile compared to an old pickup or jeep. Roads that you don't dare drive more than 1.75 MPH on in your truck you can bomb along at 15 in a good sxs LOL. All that being said, prefere a toyota pickup over any sxs. Heater, air, and holds a ton.
