5 Years ago I purchased a new LEM 1 HP size #22 head, meat grinder. A month later I purchased a used commercial grinder. A Biro that normally sales for around 2 grand. I paid a hundred bucks.
We used the LEM one time when we returned from caribou hunting that year. Coty, my fourteen year old son at the time put a rather large size bone in it and sheared a step gear. The step gear is made from hard plastic and is designed to break so you don't bend or break something else. well the grinder has sat in my garage for 5 years because I haven't needed it. That biro will grind a horse whole and never slow up. I recently fixed the LEM with a 20 dollar kit from LEM. It looks and runs like a new one. LEM now has a company from China make their grinders, this 03 model was built by Fabio Leonardi from Italy. In my opinion a better grinder.
Here's a link for the same grinder offered for sale.

My grinder also comes with the cover, stuffing tubes, extra knife, stuffing plate and added stand so you get plenty of height. All that stuff will cost you an extra hundred if you were to purchase it.
Here's a couple of photos.........
Here's the Biro I found for a 100 bucks.
No it's not for sale.
Combined if you purchased this grinder and accessories today it would cost you around 600 plus shipping.
I'm asking 450 and I'll split shipping with you.
Shoot me a pm with an offer if you think I'm too high?
Thanks for looking.......
