I like to get them started some times, if you have an idea for an entertaining thread I'll post it, longs it's not a serious one. You know always use two traps and leave them forever, just put new sets beside them and so on. I need to look at your vid again, see what I'm doing wrong; other creatures keep getin my possum sets.

I like trees, I live in a forest, gets hard to see a single tree this time of year. I only have the fox vid, not much of a video guy, me. I'm going to make me a template though, hole just this big and trap goes here at xx and xx, trapbed size and shape cut out, mark on it where the lure should go; carry it with me so I don't mess up. Think I need a compass so the hole is on the north east side always....

if the wind changes direction you can just turn the template. be sure and change the trap every day after a possum too. and if the wind changes just set 4 traps all facing in different directions. if you get 4 coyotes it must be just that stuff we don`t know because we dont know what they are thinking. I was just wondering, can a coyote count, or read, or have any cognitive ability to know the reason his buddy won`t leave is because he is tied down? is that why they bite on the one in the trap? what if 10 in a row are in traps. was the 10th one smarter than the first 9, or just last one to arrive to the girl fight? I bet he was the "wise old dog". but he got caught in the same identical set and attractors as the first 9. huh, go figure. the miracles of nature! I don`t mean one a day for 10 days, I mean 10 at once all 5 feet from the one next to them, in one night. now that`s coyote trapping coyotes.

I've seen the pics and hope it never happens to me, that makes a job out of it and the judge has said it's meant to be receation. Why I never use many traps and I'm not that good a trapper, just a worse skinner.

it`s a rise to pull up on 8-10 in a row. then the reality sets in. it takes an hour just to kill them all and haul to the truck and re make the sets. then you are thinking that makes 18 or 20 or whatever in the truck so far today, I`m in deep doo if the next stop has 10 more. that`s why you go home to skin at noon instead of pound in 10 more traps. or tomorrow could be 30. luckily those locationjs drop off fast fter the first few days, then you set some new ones. one good thing about a bad run is then you get to set 15-20 new sets that day and hope it doesn`t backfire on you .

Bob, I would pay a case of cheerwine, rc cola, or sundrop (your choice) and a case of moon pies your choice on flavor also! Lol. I would really like to ride the line with you but I guess I will have to break down and spend 4 hours with you on the tube.
